Weber State is back on the road taking on Boise State Sunday afternoon in Boise.

Sunday's game will begin at 1 p.m. at ExtraMile Arena in Boise. The game will be streamed online through the Mountain West Digital Network. Video links and live stats links available at WeberStateSports.com.

The Wildcats are 0-2 on the season, opening the year with a 93-72 loss at Grand Canyon, followed by a 60-46 loss at home to Texas A&M International on Sunday.

Daryn Hickok has led the Wildcats in scoring in both games this season, scoring 20 points in the opener at Grand Canyon and adding 13 points on Sunday. After two games she ranks sixth in the Big Sky in scoring at 16.5 points per game and is second in the league in field goal percentage at 62.5 percent.

Sophomore Jadyn Matthews pulled down 18 rebounds in Sunday's game, which was the most rebounds by a Wildcat player in nearly nine years. After two games, Matthews leads the Big Sky in rebounding at 11.5 per game. She also had 10 points for a double-double in Sunday's game. The 18 rebounds is the most by a Wildcat since Amanda Hughes had 24 rebounds in a February 2012 game against Northern Arizona.

This Sunday's game will be just the second game of the year for Boise State. The Broncos opened the season with a 90-43 win over College of Idaho on Friday.

 • Boise State finished 24-9 overall last season and finished second in the Mountain West at 13-5. The Broncos won the Mountain West Tournament for the four-straight year and qualified for the NCAA Championships. This year, Boise State was picked to finish third in the MWC preseason poll. BSU has won 20 or more games in each of the last four seasons.

This will be the 45th all-time meeting between the two schools. The Broncos were members of the Big Sky Conference from 1970-1996. BSU holds a 23-21 series lead but this is the first game in the series since 2013. In games in Boise, BSU is 14-7 all-time.

Velaida Harris is back for her third season as head coach of the Wildcats. Weber State returns seven letterwinners off last year's team. Five of the top six scorers are returning off last year's team, including Ula Chamberlin, Daryn Hickok, Kayla Watkins, Jadyn Matthews and Kori Pentzer

After Sunday's game, the Wildcats won't play again until Tuesday, Dec. 15 when they host Pacific at the Dee Events Center in a 4 p.m. tipoff. The 'Cats will then begin Big Sky play hosting Portland State on Dec. 18 and 20.
