Wildcat volleyball heads to Northern Colorado

OGDEN, UT - The Weber State University's women's volleyball team heads to Northern Colorado this weekend to take on the UNC Bears. The matches will take place on February 20 and 21, at 2:00 pm in Greely, Colorado.
This will be the 39th meeting between the Wildcats and Bears, the overall record between the schools is 13-25 for UNC. Their last match up was in 2019 in a five set battle where the Bears edged out the Wildcats by two points in the fifth set. Northern Colorado won the 2019 Big Sky Volleyball Championships. UNC is currently 6-1 on the season, their only loss coming from Montana State.
Weber State is coming off a great weekend against Southern Utah, with two 3-0 wins that brought their overall record to 6-0. This is just the second time in WSU history that the Wildcats have started the season 6-0. The only other time was in 1988.
The Wildcats look to continue their 6-0 winning streak at Northern Colorado. The team currently has 268 kills, 56 aces, 299 digs, and 84 assisted blocks. Rylin Adams and Dani Nay lead the Wildcats' statistics with 87 and 88 kills, respectively.
