• Weber State returns to the Dee Events Center for the final two home games of the season when the Wildcats host Northern Colorado. The Wildcats and Bears will meet Thursday at 7 p.m. and Saturday at 12 p.m. Both games will be streamed on Pluto TV 1054 and WatchBigSky.com and on the radio on 103.1 FM "The Wave". • Weber State is 16-5 overall and 11-3 in Big Sky play with two games remaining before the conference tournament. The Wildcats are currently third in the league standings and have clinched a first round bye in the tournament. WSU is coming off two road wins at Sacramento State last weekend. The Wildcats have won five-straight and nine of their last 10 games. WSU is also a perfect 10-0 at home this season.
• WSU is third in the country in field goal percentage, shooting 51.2 percent from the field. The Wildcats have shot 50 percent or better in four of the last five games and have done so, 10 times this season. WSU is one of just nine teams in the nation shooting 50 percent or better from the field. Weber State is also fourth in the country in 3-point field goal percentage, seventh in scoring offense, 13th in scoring margin and 14th in free throw percentage.
• Isiah Brown leads the Wildcats and is second in the Big Sky in scoring at 18 points per game. Freshman Dillon Jones had a big weekend for the Wildcats, averaging 11.5 points and 10 rebounds in the two games. He ranks third in the Big Sky in steals and ranks ninth in rebounds at 5.6 per game, tops on the WSU team.
• Northern Colorado is 10-9 overall and 6-7 in Big Sky play, currently seventh in the league standings. The Bears split with Portland State at home last week, after having their previous five Big Sky games canceled. UNC leads the Big Sky and are 12th in the country in 3-point field goal defense, holding opponents to just 28.6 percent shooting. Bodie Hume is eighth in the league in scoring, sixth in rebounding and third in blocks. The Bears coached by Steve Smiley who is in his first season as head coach. Smiley was an assistant coach under Randy Rahe from 2014-16 at Weber State.
• This will be the 30th all-time meeting between the two schools with Weber State holding a 20-9 series lead, but the Bears have won three-straight against the Wildcats. In Ogden, WSU is 13-1 all-time against Northern Colorado, with the only Bear win at the Dee Events Center coming last season.
• Next week, the Wildcats will head to the Big Sky Tournament, March 11-13 in Boise, Idaho.
