OGDEN, UT - The 10-0 Wildcats are headed to Flagstaff, Arizona for two matches against the Northern Arizona Lumberjacks. The matches will be on Sunday, March 7th at 2:00 pm, and Monday, March 8th at 6:00 pm. Both matches will be streamed on Pluto TV 1058, along with live stats, available here.
The last matchup between the Wildcats and Lumberjacks was in the fall of 2019 in the Big Sky Conference Championships. Weber State took Northern Arizona down 3-0. The series record between the two teams is currently 33-47 for the Lumberjacks.
Weber State is coming off a big weekend, earning two tough wins against Sacramento State. The Wildcats are 10-0, the best start for Weber State in the team's history, and tied for the best winning-streak in WSU history. The last time a Wildcat team won ten games in a row was in 1988.
The Wildcats look to improve their 10-0 winning streak against NAU. The team currently has 502 kills, 82 aces, 602 digs, and 148 assisted blocks. Rylin Adams and Dani Nay lead the Wildcats' statistics with 166 and 150 kills, respectively. Weber State is currently ranked 13th in the NCAA in aces per set at 2.01.
