Weber State Women's Tennis Falls To Boise State

Boise, ID - Weber State women's tennis suffered a 6-1 loss to Boise State this evening.
Starting the day in doubles, BSU secured the point early in the No. 3 and No. 1 positions.
In singles play, Pei-Hsuan Kuo earned the Cats' a point in the No. 5 spot when she defeated Vanessa Timm 6-3, 1-6, 7-5. Megan Lombardi fought hard in the No. 2 spot but was unable to secure the point 6-3, 5-7. Ana Morett Salas pushed her singles match to three sets but was unable to make the comeback.
"Boise played a solid match today," said head coach RuthAnn Allen. "We fought hard but came up short. Patty Kuo played well and earned us our only point for the day."
Weber State takes to the road again on March 12th for a match against BYU.
