'Cats split the weekend between strong performances at Oregon and Utah State

The 'Cats split the day between the Bill Dellinger Invitational hosted by the University of Oregon and the Steve T. Reeder Memorial Invitational hosted by Utah State University.

The 'Cats recorded an eighth place team finish with 244 points. The top five finishers include Laurie Murphy who led the team with a 29th place finish and a time of 20:49.7, Saga Hagelin was close behind in 32nd at 20:55.5, Danielle Brow finished 63rd at 21:33.8, Frances Hudson recorded a 85th place finish at 21:53.1 and Jessica Hill was close behind in 86th at 21:53.9.

Hannah Bailey finished 101st at 22:04.4, Courtney Earl finished in 103rd at 22:08.7 and Hailey Low finished 117th at 22:26.3.

Five athletes traveled to Utah State. Lydia Felix led the squad with a top ten finish in seventh at 19:02, Audrey Camp Cazier finished 11th at 19:16, Trisha Thompson Davis recorded a 32nd place finish at 20:12, Loryn Brimhall finished in 41st at 20:30 and Brooklynn Dayley finished 58th at 21:25.

The 'Cats will be back in action at the Big Sky Championships on November 1 in Pocatello, Idaho.
