Wildcats In Fourth After Day One at PSU Invitational

PORTLAND, Ore. – The Weber State women's golf team finished up the opening day of the PSU Invitational in fourth place on Monday after posting rounds of 301 and 298 for a 23-over par total.
Montana State and Seattle lead the way through 36 holes at 19-over par, while Eastern Washington is third at 21-over par.
Isabel Gutierrez led the way for the Wildcats, posting rounds of 72 and 73 for a 1-over par 145 and is tied for fourth place.
Cala Korman is tied for 12th overall at 149 after rounds of 76 and 73, while Sofia Fuenmayor is tied for 20th at 151 on rounds of 78 and 73.
Jade Gruher shot 154 with rounds of 75 and 79 and is tied for 30th, and Emily Song is tied for 45th at 159 on rounds of 79 and 80.
The tournament's final round will be contested on Tuesday.
