Josee Haycock enters into her first season as assistant coach at Weber State.Â
"We are excited to have Josee on staff," said Coach House.

Haycock comes to Weber State after spending the past two seasons at Salt lake Community College as a Volunteer Assistant. Both years the Bruins have ended with a SWAC conference title, and this past season a Region 9Â Championship with a trip to the NJCAA D1 National Tournament.Â
From 2020-2024 Haycock has been a coach for the Utah Fastpitch Club coaching their 16U and 18U teams.Â
As a player, Haycock played softball at Salt Lake Community College from 2019-2022. "I'm beyond excited to be here at Weber State," said Haycock.
"This is such a great school, and athletic department with such a phenomenal softball program. I'm eager to work with Coach House and the rest of our incredible staff to better this generation of Wildcats. I'm very passionate about this position, and am eager to use it to better the lives of these student athletes every day. I could not be more proud to be a part of Wildcat softball!"
