Weber State women's cross country named Big Sky Team of the Month

The Wildcat women's team was honored for posting the highest team GPA of any team in any sport in the conference.
FARMINGTON, Utah (Aug. 16, 2024) – After recording the top Team GPA among the Big Sky's Team Academic Champions, the conference office has announced Weber State's women's cross country team as its Commissioner's Team of the Month for July.
This marks the second-consecutive year Weber State's women's cross country team has earned this honor. It's also the second straight year the WSU cross country has had the highest GPA of any sport.
The Wildcats also saw 11 student-athletes earn Academic All-Big Sky honors.
Women's XC was one of four Weber State teams to claim a Team Academic Championship, joining Idaho as the only two schools with that amount of honors.
