Three Wildcats receive All-Big Sky honors

Rose Moore, Ashley Gneiting and Kaylie Ray have all been named to the 2025 All-Big Sky Teams. 

Receiving All-Big Sky First Team honors is junior Rose Moore. Moore has played in 99 sets for the Wildcats and totaled 322 kills (3.25 K/S), 32 service aces, 183 digs and 77 blocks this season. Moore received the Wildcat Invitational MVP and SEMO Invitational MVP. Moore has also received Offensive Big Sky Player of the Week once this season. She is ranked top ten in the Big Sky in kills, service aces and points.

Receiving All-Big Sky Second Team honors are seniors Ashley Gneiting and Kaylie Ray.

Ashley Gneiting has played in 84 sets and totaled 247 kills (2.94 K/S), 34 service aces, 203 digs and 44 blocks this season. Gneiting was named to the Big Sky Preseason All-Conference Team and is ranked in the top ten in the conference in service aces and points. 

Kaylie Ray has played in 90 sets, recording 295 kills (3.28 K/S) for a .213 hitting percentage. Ray has also totaled 89 digs and 42 blocks this season. Earlier in the season, Ray was named to the Wildcat Invitational All-Tournament Team and the Utah Tech Tournament All-Tournament Team. Ray sits top ten in kills and points in the Big Sky.

Weber State will open the Big Sky Tournament on November 24 against Montana. First serve is scheduled for 10 a.m. in Greeley, Colorado.
