Wildcats drop match to Aggies

Las Cruces, NM — The Weber State women's tennis team fell in their second match of the weekend to the New Mexico State Aggies by a final score of 7-0.
The "Cats were swept in doubles play on Courts #3 and #1 falling behind 1-0 on the match heading into singles play. Alicia Morales and Sydney Schnell went unfinished in their match during doubles play.
The Wildcats were swept in singles play to lose the match 7-0. Jessica Hill was the only Wildcat able to force a third set in her match before losing 10-7 in the third set.
The team will have a day off before heading to Albuquerque to take on the University of New Mexico on Sunday, February 9th. The Lobos head into the Super Bowl Sunday match with a 2-3 record and coming off a four-hour marathon loss to the Gonzaga Bulldogs on February 2nd.
