'Cats finish strong at Stanford Invitational and UNLV Rebel Elite

The 'Cats finished with strong all-time performances this past weekend at the Stanford Invitational and the UNLV Rebel Elite on April 4 & 5.

Stanford Invitational
Sage Hagelin recorded a second place finish in the 3000 meter steeplechase with a time of 10:09.79 and has moved into seventh on the all-time list.

Laurie Murphy recorded a 13th place finish in the 10,000 meter run with a time of 34:16.22 and moved into ninth on the all-time list. Danielle Brow finished with a time of 35:43.17.

UNLV Rebel Elite
Bailey Tovey finished sixth in the javelin with a mark of 138-09 and has moved into tenth on the all-time list.

Kapua Pulotu finished fourth in the discus with a mark of 158-01 and Rachel Roberts finished with a mark of 125-05.

Pulotu recorded a ninth place finish in the shot put with a mark of 43-08, Bailey Tovey finished in 13th at 42-08.75, Shannan Fonua finished at 42-07 and Roberts finished at 40-04.

Payge Walz recorded a tenth place finish in the 100 meter hurdles with a time of 14.04 and Eliza Smith finished in 14th at 14.30.

Smith recorded a 12th place finish in 400 meter hurdles with a time of 1:03.38.
Walz also recorded a time of 12.03 in the 100 meter dash and 24.56 in the 200 meter dash.

Fonua recorded a mark of 143-04 in the hammer throw.
