The Weber State women's track and field team flourished in the Mountain State Games in Pocatello, Idaho and the Husky Classic in Seattle, Washington.

Charlotte Wilkinson - #1 800 Meters - 2:06.50
The previous school record was set in 2002 by Angie Beebe. Wilkinson's record improves her from #7 all-time.
Freshman Record
Gurleen Mander - Weight Throw - 60'-9.50 (Also #3 WSU All-Time)
Mander improves her own record yet again after her 1st place throw at the Mountain State Games. Her previous record was 55'-7.00 set at the Wolf Pack Classic.

The Wildcats swept the podium in the weight throw in Pocatello, led by Mander in 1st. Alyssa Hansen placed 2nd at 58'-2.00, followed by Shannan Fonua at 57'-0. Teisa Halaufia also placed 5th in the weight throw at 55'-3.50.
Weber State had 13 total podiums over the weekend with all of them coming from the Mountain State Games in Pocatello, Idaho.
"We had several good performances this weekend at both meets," Head Coach Lindsey Anderson said. "We had so many season bests, personal bests, and overall progress seen at both meets. I'm proud of our athletes for their fight and effort this weekend!"
The Wildcats will now compete in the Big Sky Championships February 26-28 in Pocatello, Idaho.Â
