'Cats set to compete at home

The 'Cats are competing at home this week at the Weber State Spring Classic on April 11 and the Utah Spring Classic on April 12 in Salt Lake.

Weber State Spring Classic
There will be two ceremonies held during the WSU Spring Classic, Coach Paul Pilkington is retiring following the conclusion of the spring season and will be recognized at 6:05 pm and then there will be a senior recognition ceremony at 6:50 pm.

Events will be held between the Chick Hislop Track & Field at Stewart Stadium and the Weber State Throwing Facility (4720 Old Post Road, Ogden, UT 84403).

The day will start off at 9:30 am with hammer throw and wrap up with the 100m dash at 7:25 pm.

The meet is held in conjunction with the University of Utah Spring Classing and events will carry on through April 12.

Utah Spring Classic
Events will kick off with the conclusion of heptathlon events at 10 am and run through 3:45 pm with the 4x400m relay. The meet is held at the McCarthey Family Track & Field Complex.

The 'Cats will travel to California for the Bryan Clay Invitational hosted by Azusa Pacific University and the Long Beach Invitational, both being hosted April 17-19.
