Powell then connected on three 3-pointers in the final 1:34 of the half, including back-to-back shots in the final 65 seconds, to give Weber State a 42-28 halftime lead.

The Wildcats opened the second half with a 3-pointer from Dyllan Thompson and a three-point play by Augustine Ekwe to extend the lead to 48-28.

Colorado Christian cut the lead to 13 points at 60-47 with 13:03 remaining, but Weber State responded with six straight points on 3-pointers from Powell and Grayson to push the lead back to 19.

Weber State led by as many as 23 points in the second half, taking a 75-52 lead on Powell's fifth 3-pointer with 8:31 remaining.

The Wildcats led 77-61 with under five minutes to play before a late run pushed the lead back to 20 points. Jackson scored eight of Weber State's final 11 points, including two dunks in the final three minutes.
