Cougars top Wildcats

Provo, UT — The Weber State Wildcats women's tennis team lost their Friday morning match 7-0 to the BYU Cougars.
In doubles, the Wildcats were swept 6-0, 6-0 on both Courts #2 and #3, respectively. The doubles win gave the Cougars a 1-0 lead heading into singles play.
In singles, the Wildcats were defeated in straight sets by the Cougars, giving BYU their 8th consecutive victory, 7-0.
The 'Cats will return home to the Ogden Athletic Club next Friday, as they open Big Sky Conference play against the Idaho Vandals. The Vandals come into Friday with a 3-6 mark on the season.
