2008: Indoor ? Won two events for the Wildcats at the Big Sky Championships in Pocatello, Idaho...Captured first place in the mile run with a time of 4:54.42...Also took first place in the 3,000 meters at 9:51.45...Was also a part of the WSU Distance Medley Relay team that finished fourth at the conference meet...Totaled 21.25 points in the meet to lead all Wildcats...Was the only Wildcat to win a conference event...Earned NCAA Provisional qualifying standards in the 3,000 and 5,000 meter runs during the year...Posted a career best time of 9:21.21 in the 3,000 meters February 16 in Seattle, which qualified her for the NCAA Championships...That time is also a new Weber State school record...At the NCAA meet in Fayetteville, Arkansas, she finished 12th overall, just missing earning All-American honors...Also reached the provisional standard in the 5,000 meters by posting a career best time of 16:51.44 in the event March 8 in Seattle...That time is the third best in WSU history...Earlier in the season posted a career best time of 4:54.42 in the mile run, the fourth best in WSU history...Finished her indoor track career with two Big Sky titles, and earned All-Conference honors five times...She also has three spots on the WSU indoor top ten list.
2007: Cross Country ? Sariah was Weber State’s top runner throughout the season, leading the ?Cats in all seven meets on the year...Won the Big Sky Championships at the conference meet in Missoula, Montana on October 27...Posted a time of 17:13.9 on the 5K course to win the conference title...Became just the second Wildcat ever to win the Big Sky individual title, and the first since 1996...Joins her husband Nate Long who won the conference championship in 2004...Earned All-Region honors by finishing 7th overall at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships in Ogden, qualifying her for the NCAA Championships...Posted a time of 21:06.2 on the 6K course at the region meet...At the NCAA Championships she finished 54th overall out of 233 runners with a time of 21:12.9 on the 6K course...In the first meet of the season she won the Utah State Open in Logan with a 5K time of 17:7.7, winning by 25 seconds...Followed that up by winning the Montana State Invitational in Bozeman, Montana by 20 seconds...Was named Big Sky Runner of the Week for her performance at that meet...Took 8th at the Notre Dame Invitational and was 14th at the NCAA Pre-National meet in Terre Haute, Indiana...Earned Big Sky Conference All-Academic honors and earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors.
2007: Outdoor - Sariah earned All-American honors in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the NCAA Championships in Sacramento, California...She posted a career best time of 10:05.22 in the steeplechase to finish eighth overall at the national meet and earn All-American honors for the first time in her career...That time also ranks as the third best in Weber State history...She earned Big Sky All-Conference honors in two events at the Big Sky Championships in Pocatello, Idaho...Finished third overall in the 1500 meters with a time of 4:33.56...Also finished third in the steeplechase at 10:45.70...Also came in fourth in the 5,000 meters with a time of 17:56.38...Totaled 17 points in the conference meet, the third most of any Wildcat...Qualified for the NCAA Western Regionals in the steeplechase for the second consecutive year...She finished fourth in the event at the regional meet in Eugene, Oregon, with a time of 10:21.10 and automatically qualified for the NCAA Championships for the second straight year, and earned All-Region honors...Posted a career best time of 10:10.25 in the event at the Stanford Invitational in Palo Alto, California...That mark ranks as the third best time in Weber State history...Indoor - Sariah earned All-Conference honors in three events at the Big Sky Championships in Bozeman, Montana, helping Weber State win the conference title...She finished second in the mile run with a career best time of 4:57.70...That time also ranks as the ninth fastest in Weber State history...Also finished third in the 3,000 meters with a time of 9:59.90 to earn six points...Was a part of the Weber State Distance Medley Team that finished in first place in the conference meet...Totaled 16.5 points in the meet, the second most of any Wildcat...Earlier in the season posted a career best time of 9:41.44 in the 3,000 meters at the Washington Invitational in Seattle...That time ranks as the third best time in school history.
2006: Cross Country - Competed in all seven meets for Weber State during the season...Was Weber State's top finisher at the Big Sky Championships in Sacramento, California...Came in third overall in the meet to earn All-Conference honors and help Weber State win the conference title...Posted a time of 17:39 on the 5K course...Finished 119th overall at the NCAA Championships in Terre Haute, Indiana with a time of 22:32 as Weber State finished in 25th place...Finished second to teammate Lindsey Anderson at the first meet of the year, the American West Heritage Center Open in Logan, Utah, and took fourth place at the Montana State Invitational in Bozeman...Finished 64th overall at the Notre Dame Invitational and was 97th at the NCAA Pre-Nationals...Came in 28th overall at the NCAA Mountain Regionals in Albuquerque, New Mexico with a time of 21:49 on the 6K course.
2006: Outdoor - Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the steeplechase, after finishing fourth in the event at the NCAA West Regionals in Provo...At the NCAA Meet she finished ninth in her heat and 18th overall with a time of 10:22.89...Won the Big Sky title in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Big Sky Championships in Cheney, Washington with a time of 10:43.45, as Weber State took the first four spots in the event...Also finished fifth in the 5,000 meters at the conference meet with a career best time of 17:48.26 and qualified for the 1500 meters...Earlier in the season qualified for the NCAA West Regionals in the steeplechase with a career best time of 10:22.66, which ranks as the fifth best in Weber State history and the eighth best in Big Sky Conference history...Was named the Big Sky Athlete of the Week March 27 and April 25 for her performances during the week...Indoor - Finished fourth in the mile run at the Big Sky Championships in Flagstaff, Arizona with a time of 5:09.87...Also took fifth in the 3,000 meters at 10:33.86...Totaled nine points in the meet, the third highest on the Weber State team...During the season posted a career best time of 4:59.78 in the mile run and turned in a career best of 10:12.73 in the 3,000 meters.
2005: Cross Country - Was Weber State's number three runner all season long...Started the year with sixth place finishes at the Utah State Invitational and the BYU Classic...Took fifth at the Montana Invitational in Missoula...Finished ninth overall with a time of 18:22.2 at the Big Sky Championships in Ogden, earning All-Conference honors...Took 19th at the NCAA Regionals in Provo, Utah.
2005: Outdoor - Had a tremendous freshman season for Weber State...Placed in three events and earned All-Big Sky honors in two events at the Big Sky Championships in Flagstaff, Arizona...Finished second in the Steeplechase with a time of 11:30.56...Was third in the 1500 meters at 4:48.23 and also came in sixth in the 5,000 meters at 18:53.13, totaling 17 points at the meet...Qualified for the NCAA West Regionals in the Steeplechase with a time of 10:46.55 at the Stanford Invitational...Finished eighth at the NCAA West Regionals in Eugene, Oregon with a career best time of 10:29.62...That time is the sixth best in Weber State history and is a new WSU freshman record, breaking the old record by 13 seconds...Indoor - Placed in two events at the Big Sky Championships in Pocatello, Idaho...Finished fifth in the mile run with a time of 5:08.04...Also came in sixth in the 3,000 meters with a career best time of 10:18.05, helping the Wildcats win their fourth straight Indoor Championship.
