As a Junior in 2012:

  • She started in 27 of the 41 games she played in. 
  • In the 34 innings she pitched, she had 23 stike outs.
  • She had a .231 batting average with one homerun for the season. 

 

As a Sophomore in 2011
• Made 22 appearances on the mound, starting 20 times.
• Compiled a 2-14 overall record, with a 7.32 ERA in 80.1 innings pitched. Had 46 strikeouts.

• Batted 1.67, going 2-for-12 at the plate with three runs scored and an RBI.

 

As a Sophomore in 2010 (Arkansas)

• Sat out the season as a red-shirt.


As a Freshman in 2009 (Arkansas)

• Before suffering a season-ending injury, Vallies made four starts during the first two weeks of the season. 

• In her first appearance, she worked 4.1 innings and struck out five en route to her first career victory, a 6-2 win over Samford. 

• Improved to 2-0 after four-inning appearance at Minnesota. 

• Finished the season with a 2-2 record and a 6.52 ERA with 9.2 innings pitched.


During Her Prep Career

• Was an all-state pitcher for North Central High School in Spokane, Wash. 

• Struck out 529 batters and had a .400 batting average with six home runs and 34 RBI as a senior. 

• Earned team MVP honors and was a three-time all-league selection. 

• Helped her club team, the Washington Ladyhawks Gold, to a ninth place finish at the 2007 ASA Gold Nationals.

• Born July 26, 1990, she is the daughter of Bill and June Vallies. 

• Has a younger sibling, Adriene.

• Her father played baseball at Whitworth College.
