    Strength and Conditioning Assistant
Damian is entering his first year as the Head Strength and Conditioning for the Weber State Men’s Basketball team.

Before arriving at Weber State, Damian spent two years at Texas Tech University as a volunteer intern and graduate assistant with the Texas Tech Strength and Conditioning program. While at Tech, he assisted in implementing the strength and conditioning program for all Olympic sports programs as well as football. During his time working with the Texas Tech Football team, Damian trained specialists, injured players, and incoming freshman.

While at Texas Tech, Damian graduated with a B.S. degree in Kinesiology in 2018 as well as a M.S. degree in Sport Management in 2020. He also served as a graduate teaching assistant for the Department of Kinesiology and Sports Management, teaching and assisting with courses between both departments.

Prior to attending Texas Tech, Damian attended Wayland Baptist from 2013-2015 where he was a member of the Wayland Baptist football team.

Damian is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

Born and raised in Booker, Texas, he is the oldest of five siblings and is the first in his family to graduate from college.
