Competed in several meets on the season with a PR in the 5000 coming at the Mtn States Games with an 8th place finishing time of 15:01.95. He earned a PR in the 3000 at the Stacy Dragily Open with a 10th place finish and a time of 8:42.02.
2021 Cross Country
Earned a PR at the CSI XC Classic in the 7K and a 15th place finish with a time of 22:48.8 and a PR in the 4.66 mile at the 2021 BYU Autumn Classic with a 24:06.2 and a 24th place finish
2021 Outdoor
Earned a PR at the Idaho State Bengal Invitational in the 1500 with a time of 4:03.69 and at the Big Sky Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 3000 S with a 9:33.32 finish earning him 9th place
2021 Indoor
Competed at the BYU Cougar Indoor #1 in the 3,000 and earned 30th with a time of 9:01.57
2020 Cross Country (Spring 2021)
Competed at the Silver State Collegiate Challenge in the 8K and earned 15th place with a time of 26:12.2

The 2020 outdoor track and field season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic

Earned 7th place and set a personal record in the 3000 meters at the 2020 Mountain States Games with a time of 8:48.04...Placed 12th and set a personal record in the mile at the 2020 Ed Jacoby Invitational with a time of 4:19.99

2018 Outdoor
Competed in two events at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships...Competed in the 1500 and 5,000 meters at the conference meet...Took third in the mile run at the BYU Robison Invitational...Had a seasonal best time of 4:00.95 in the 1500 at the Bryan Clay Invitational.
Sat out the season as a red shirt.Â
2017 Cross Country
Ran a season best of 25:42 in the 8k at the Pre-Nationals in Louisville, KY. Finished 148th at the Notre Dame Invitational with a 26:04 on the 5 mile course. Also ran at the USU and BYU Invitationals and was the team alternate for both the Big Sky Championships and the NCAA Mountain Regional.
Prep Career
- Graduated from Millard High School in 2017.
- Played basketball in addition to running cross country and track.Â
- Holds the 2-A state record in the 1,600m (4:23.11) and 3,200m (9:26.24).
