2025 Cross Country
Received All-Conference Honors for finishing 8th in the Big Sky Championships with a time of 24:22.3. He also raced in the NCAA Mountain Region Championships with a time of 31:29.0 for 44th place. Peterson was also named Big Sky Athlete of the Week after setting a new course record at the Utah State Challenge.
2025 Outdoor
Competed in the Big Sky Outdoor Championships with a time of 29:49.87 in the 10,000 and 15:02.42 in the 5000 to place 6th and 17th, respectively. He also set a PR in the 10,000 with a time of 29:36.32 at the Stanford Invitational.
2025 Indoor
Competed in the Big Sky Indoor Championships with a time of 8:30.66 in the 3000 and 14:40.57 in the 5000 to place 9th and 6th, respectively. His 3000 time is also his PR for the 3000. He also set his 5000 PR during the season at 14:04.45.
