2025 Outdoor
Set two PR’s during the 2025 outdoor season with a time of 1:50.25 in the 800 and 3:42.26 in the 1500. His 800 PR was a 1st place finish at the Stanford Invitational.
2025 Indoor
Set two PR’s during the 2025 indoor season with a time of 4:01.17 in the mile and 8:04.91 in the 3000. He competed in the Big Sky Indoor Championships with a time of 4:07.76 in the mile and 8:49.85 in the 3000 to place 7th and 22nd, respectively.
2024 Cross Country
Competed in the Big Sky Cross Country Championship with a time of 25:07.2 in the 8k to place 27th.
2024 Outdoor
Set a PR in the 3000 steeplechase with a time of 8:52.48 for 3rd place at the Payton Jordan Invitational. He also competed in the Big Sky Outdoor Championship in the 1500 with a final time of 3:50.98 for 7th place.
2024 Indoor
Competed in the Big Sky Indoor Championships in the DMR with a time of 9:52.58, the mile at 4:07.16 and the 3000 at 8:32.57 placing 3rd, 8th and 18th, respectively.
2023 Cross Country
Competed in two meets during the season. Finished 21st in the 7k at the Steve Reeder Memorial meet with a time of 22:00.5.
2023 Outdoor
Competed in the Big Sky Outdoor Championships in the 1500 with a time of 4:10.88 for 17th place in preliminaries. Had two top 5 finishes over the season, one in the 1500 (4th) and the other in the 3000 steeplechase (5th).
2023 Indoor
Set a PR in the 5000 with a time of 15:20.96. He also competed in the Big Sky Indoor Championships in the DMR with a time of 10:01.59 and the mile at 4:09.04 to place 4th and 10th, respectively.
2022 Cross Country
Set multiple PR’s in the 2022 season with a time of 25:52.5 in the 5M, 24:32.7 in the 8k and 31:33.0 in the 10k. His 10k PR was at the NCAA Mountain Region Cross Country Championships. He also competed in the Big Sky Championships in the 8k with a time of 25:12.0 for 37th place.
