2026 Indoor
Competed in the Big Sky Indoor Championships with times of 9:53.80 in the DMR and 4:25.93 in the mile to place 2nd and 17th, respectively. His DMR podium finish earned him All-Conference Honors. Set two PR’s earlier in the season with times of 1:54.56 in the 800 and 8:44.19 in the 3,000.

2025 Cross Country
Raced in three 7k events with times of 21:47.0, 22:05.0 and 22:31.8.

2025 Outdoor
Competed in the Big Sky Outdoor Championships with a time of 4:04.82 in the 1500 preliminaries and 8:53.87 in the 3000 steeplechase to place 22nd and 5th, respectively. The 5th place finish is also his PR for the 3000 steeplechase. He also set a mile PR with a time of 4:09.38.

2025 Indoor
Competed at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships with a time of 4:14.8 in the mile and 9:22.51 in the 3000 to place 13th and 31st, respectively. The 3000 time is his PR for the 3000.

2024 Cross Country
Set multiple PR’s across the season with a time of 24:31.7 in the 6k, 21:32.9 in the 7k and 25:36.0 in the 8k. His 6k PR placed him 12th at the Big Sky Preview Meet.

2024 Outdoor
Raced in four events over the season highlighted by a 2nd place finish at the Weber State Spring Classic in the 3000 steeplechase. He finished with a time of 10:02.08.
