2022 Indoor
Big Sky Champion in the Heptathlon with a score of 5202, he took top 3 in all but two events and placed first in the Long Jump, and the 60m Hurdles during the multi-competition. He also competed in the 60H but just missed qualifying for the final heats, and competed in the Pole Vault as well. He earned a PR in the Pole Vault at the 2021 BYU December Invite with a mark of 15' 1".

2021 Outdoor
Finished 1st in the decathlon at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships with a PR total of 7061 points finishing 1st in four of ten events and top five finishes in all but one event... Competed in 4 other events at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships and finished in the 8th spot in the 400H... During the season he earned a PR in both the 110H and the 400H with times of 14.66 and 53.48 respectively

2021 Indoor
Competed in five meets during the season and earned a PR in the heptathlon with a total of 5408 points at the 2021 BYU Cougar Indoor #2 finishing 1st in three of seven events and top three in all but one event... earned a 4th place finish and PR in the 55 hurdles with a time of 7.62 at the Weber State Invitational

2019 Indoor
Competed in four events at the Big Sky Championships....Earned All-Conference honors with a third place place finish in the heptathlon...Finished with a total of 5055 points and won the 60H in the hep and had two other top three finishes...Ran as part of the sixth place finishing relay at the conference meet...Posted a career best score of 5056 in the heptathlon and the Ed Jocoby Invite by taking first in two events...Won the individual title in the 60H at the Stacy Dragila Open with a career best time of 8.25...This mark ranks as the 9th best in school history...Won the 55H at the WSU Winter Open with a career best time of 7.72.

2018 Outdoor
Competed in two meets at the Big Sky Championships in Moscow, Idaho...Finished ninth overall in the Decathlon at the conference meet with a total of 6,037 points...Also finished 17th in the 110 meter hurdles at 16.35...Earned Big Sky Academic All-Conference honors in General Studies.

2018 Indoor
Competed in two events at the Big Sky Championships in Flagstaff, Arizona...Finished 12th in the conference meet in the 60 meter hurdles and was 15th in the high jump...Posted a time of 8.37 in the 60 meter hurdles, which ranks as the ninth best in Weber State history...Competed in the heptathlon during the season and posted a career best total of 4,865 points at the Mountain State Games, which is the fourth best in Weber State history...Earned Big Sky Academic All-Conference honors.

Prep Career
Scored 36 points at the Utah State Championships in 2015 to lead Desert Hills to a state title. He finished 1st in the 110 Hurdles, 1st in the 300 Hurdles, 2nd in the Long Jump, and 2nd in the High Jump. Earned All-State seven times during his career. Ended with PRs of 6'06 (High Jump), 21'07.25 (Long Jump), 14.52 (110 Hurdles), and 38.81 (300 Hurdles). Finished 1st place at the 2015 BYU Invitational in the 110 Hurdles.
