Competed in two events for the Wildcats at the Big Sky Championships in Missoula...Finished 19th in the 1,500 meters with a time of 3:56.09 and was 22nd in the 800 meters at 1:56.97...Won the title in the 1,500 meters at the UVU Invitational and the Weber State Spring Classic...Had a seasonal best time of 1:53.94 in the 800 meters and 3:53.15 in the Bryan Clay Invitational...Earned Big Sky Academic All-Conference honors in Psychology.

2019 Indoor
Competed in the mile at the Big Sky Championships...Posted a seasonal best time of 1:59.21 in the 800 to finish third at the Ed Jocoby Invite...Highest finish in the mile was tenth at the MSU Dual at 4:33.04.

2018 Cross Country
Competed in two meets for the Wildcats...Posted a seasonal best time of 23:36.3 in the 7k...Highest finish was 24th at the CSI meet.

2018 Outdoor
Competed in four meets for the Wildcats during the season...Won the title in the mile run at the BYU Robison Invitational with a time of 4:25.84...Was sixth in the 1,500 meters at the USU Mark Faldmo Invitational with a seasonal best time of 4:01.40...Earned Big Sky Academic All-Conference honors in Psychology.

2018 Indoor
Sat out the season as a red shirt.

Prep Career
Ran track and cross country two years at Salem Hills. Finished 7th place at the Utah State XC Championships in 2014. Ran PRs in both the 1600 (4:18) and the 3200 (9:21) at the Utah State Championships in 2015 to finish 6th and 7th. Ran a PR of 1:56.55 in the 800m.
