2022 Indoor
Competed at the Big Sky Indoor Championships and finished 5th and 6th in the 5000 and 3000m run's respectively. She set a PR in both events earlier in the season with a 15:56.45 in the 5000 coming at the 2021 BU Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener. Her PR in the 3000 came at the UW Invite 2022 with a time of 9:35.75.

2021 Cross Country
Competed in the NCAA DI Cross Country Championships and finished 35th overall in the 6K with a new PR of 19:54.3. Her finish earned her All-American Honors for the second time of her career. She finished 3rd at the Big Sky Conference Cross Country Championships in the 5K with a PR of 16:33.0. She placed first in the CSI Cross Country Classic in the 5K, and earned a PR in the 3 Mile with a time of 16:29.0 at the MSU Bozeman Classic.

2021 Outdoor
Earned All-American honors in the 3,000 meters steeplechase by finishing eighth at the NCAA Championships in Eugene...Set a Big Sky and school record in the event with a time of 9:37.48 in the prelims...Finished eighth in the finals with a time of 9:40.37... Won the Big Sky title in the steeplechase at the Big Sky Championships in Ogden.

2021 Indoor
Competed at the Iowa State Classic and earned 8th in the 5000 with a time of 16:19.05...Competed at the BYU Cougar Indoor #1 and earned 3rd in the 3000 with a time of 9:41.11

2020 Cross Country (Spring 2021)
Competed in the NCAA DI Cross Country Championships and earned 7th in the 6K with a time of 20:23.3...Earned All-American Honors...Earned 2nd place in the 5K at the Big Sky Conference Winter XC Championships with a time of 17:08.7...Earned Big Sky All-Conference...Competed at the Silver State Collegiate Challenge and earned 9th in the 6K with a time of 20:17.0

Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Round in the 3,000 meter steeplechase, and placed 26th with a seasonal best time of 10:16.72, which marks the seventh fastest in Weber State history...Ran a seasonal best time of 17:08.88 in the 5,000 meters placing 11th at the Big Sky Championships, and finished fourth in the 3,000 meter steeplechase...Finished fifth at the Utah/Weber State Spring Classic in the 1,500 meters with a seasonal best time of 4:45.47...Earned Big Sky Academic All-Conference honors in Exercise and Sport Science.

2018 Indoor
Qualified for the Big Sky Indoor Championships in two events...Finished sixth in the 5,000 meters with a time of 17:54.54...Also finished 18th overall in the 3,000 meters at 10:32.74...Finished second in the 3,000 meters at meets at the Snake River Open and the Montana State Dual meet...Seasonal best adjusted time of 9:42.61 at the MSU meet was the fifth best time in the conference during the season.
