2018 Outdoor
Competed at the Big Sky Championships in the 1500 meter and posted a season best time of 4:36.29. Finished seventh in the event. Had a seasonal best time of 2:14.40 in the 800 meters at the Weber State Twilight Meet. Earned Big Sky Academic All-Conference honors in Graphic Design.

2018 Indoor
Competed in all six meets for the Wildcats, including the Big Sky Championships...Finished seventh overall in the mile at the Big Sky Indoor meet with a time of 5:14.50...Also ran as part of the WSU Distance Medley Relay team that finished fourth at the conference meet...Had a seasonal best time of 5:13.50 in the mile run at the MSU Dual meet and posted a seasonal best time of 2:17.05 in the 800 meters at the Mountain State Games, finishing third in the event.

2017 Cross Country
Raced at three meets during the cross country season. Best finish was 13th place at the Steve Reeder Invitational in Logan, UT. Also competed at the BYU Autumn Classic and the Utah State Invitational.

2017 Outdoor Track
Competed in four meets during the season. Finished 3rd place in the 1500m at the Weber State Twilight meet with a PR of 4:43.41. Also finished 2nd place in the 800m at the Twilight meet. Ran a PR of 5:12.93 in the mile at the BYU Robinson Invitational to finish 11th. Also competed at the Utah/Weber State Spring Classic and the Utah State Invitational.

2017 Indoor Track
Competed in five meets for the Wildcats during the season, including the Big Sky Championships...Won the title in the 800 meters at the Weber State Winter Open...Also finished second in the 800 meters at the WSU Indoor Open and was second at the Snake River Open...Was part of Weber State's Distance Medley Relay team at the Big Sky Championships...Earned Big Sky Academic All-Conference honors in Graphic Design.

Ran a personal-best time of 2:29.39 in the 800-meters at the MSU-UM-WSU Dual Invitational… That was the fifth-fastest time on the team... Earned Big Sky Academic All-Conference honors.

Placed 71st at Big Sky Championships covering the 5,000 meter course in 18:55.0…Finished 256th at the Wisconsin Adidas Invitational covering the 6,000 meter course in 23:56… Finished 190th at Roy Griak Invitational covering the 6,000 meter course in 24:00.3.

Prep Career
Was a three-time state champion which included titles in the 4x800 and 4x400 relays at Cody High School. Two-time All-State in cross country. Finished top three in the 800m at the Wyoming State Championships three years in a row. Graduated high school with PRs of 1:00.37 in the 400m, 2:17 in the 800m, and 5:33 in the 1600m. Four-time letter-winner in cross country and track and field.
