Amber finished her outstanding career at Weber State in 2014. She ended her career winning All-American honors three times and captured 11 Big Sky titles in cross country, indoor and outdoor track. In 2013, she was honored as one of the 25 Greatest Female Athletes in Big Sky history. She was the only current athlete, male or female, named to the Big Sky’s list of greatest athletes. She was named the Weber State Female Athlete of the year in 2013 and 2014 and earned the WSU Career Achievement Award in 2014. She finished her career holding three WSU school records and ranked in the top 10 in several other events. She also earned Academic All-American honors in 2014 and 2013, earned Academic All-District honors twice, and Academic All-Conference honors 11 times in her career. She graduated from Weber State in April 2014 with a degree in Nursing.

2014 Indoor
In her final season, she capped her career with two titles at the Big Sky Indoor Championships in Pocatello, Idaho...Won the conference title in the mile run, breaking her own school record with a time of 4:45.91 to win the race by nearly nine seconds...Also won the conference title in the 3,000 meters with a time of 10:01.37, giving her 11 individual conference titles in her career...Also anchored the WSU Distance Medley Relay team that took first place at the meet.

2014 Cross Country
Battled injuries throughout the season and did not compete until the Big Sky Championships...Finished 10th overall at the conference meet in Bozeman, Mont....Helped the Wildcats to their third-straight team title in cross country...Posted a time of 17:24.8 on the three-mile course and earned All-Conference honors for the fourth straight year in cross country...Next competed at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships, hosted by Weber State...Was WSU’s second runner and came in 23rd overall at the meet...Posted a time of 21:14.4 on the 6K course to earn All-Region honors.

2013 Outdoor Track
Had a phenomenal outdoor track season and capped the year by earning All-American honors for the second-straight season...Earned First Team All-American honors by finishing third overall in the steeplechase at the NCAA Championships...Posted a career best time of 9:43.39, an eight second improvement on her previous career best, to finish third overall...The time is the second best in WSU history...Won three events at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships in Portland and was named Big Sky MVP...Became just the 10th athlete in conference history to win three events in one meet...Took first place in the steeplechase, 1,500 meters and 5,000 meters and set stadium records in all three events...Now has seven conference titles in indoor and outdoor track...Accounted for 30 of Weber State’s 55 points at the meet...Set a Weber State school record in the 1500 meters at the Mt. Sac Relays in April, posting a time of 4:16.07 in the event...Earned Big Sky Academic All-Conference honors and earned Academic All-District honors.

2012 Cross Country
Earned All-American honors as WSU’s top runner during the cross country season...Finished 32nd overall at the NCAA Championships to earn All-American honors...Posted a time of 20:11.6 on the 6K course at the NCAA meet in Louisville...Finished third overall at the NCAA Mountain region meet and led the Wildcats to their first ever region championship...Repeated as Big Sky Champion by winning the conference meet with a time of 16:59.7 on the 5K course...She became the first Wildcat ever and just the fifth athlete in conference history to win consecutive individual titles...Led Weber State to its second-straight Big Sky team title and guided the Wildcats to a national ranking of 13th in the nation, the highest ranking in school history...Was named Big Sky Athlete of the Week four times in four regular season meets during the season...Was WSU’s top finisher in every meet during the season...Earned Big Sky Academic All-Conference honors.

2012 Outdoor Track
Continued her incredible season by earning All-American honors in the steeplechase...Overcame injuries and falls but was able to finish with a time of 10:26.30 in the women’s steeplechase at the NCAA Championships in Des Moines, Iowa to earn Second Team All-American honors...Was named the Outstanding Performer at the Big Sky Championships in Bozeman, Montana...Set a meet and stadium records in winning two events...Captured the title in the women’s 3,000 meter steeplechase with a time of 10:09.62...Followed that up by winning first place in the 1500 meters at 4:22.26..Earlier in the season set a new WSU school record in the 1500 meters at 4:19.75...Also posted the second fastest time in school history in the steeplechase at 9:53.94.

2012 Indoor Track
Was named Big Sky Female Track Athlete of the Meet at the Big Sky Championships after capturing two titles and helping the Wildcats to the team victory by just one point...Took first place in the 800 meters at the meet in Flagstaff, Arizona with a time of 2:11.26...Followed that up by winning the mile at the conference meet at 4:52.66...Also finished fourth in the 3,000 meters...Earlier in the season she set a Weber State school record in the 3,000 meters with a time of 9:13.81...Also posted the second best time in school history in the mile run with a time of 4:48.33...Posted the fifth fastest time in WSU history in the indoor 800 meters at 2:08.03.

2011 Cross Country
Had an outstanding cross country season...Missed the first meet of the year at Utah State, but came back two weeks later to capture medalist honors at the Montana State Invitational in a time of 17:30.50...Led the Wildcats to the 2011 Big Sky Conference women’s cross country title on Oct. 29 with a first place finish in 17:30.50 over the 5,000 meter course in Pocatello, Idaho...Two weeks later at the NCAA Mountain Region meet, she covered the 6,000 meter course in 21:04.0, finishing 6th and helping the Wildcats secure an At-Large berth to the 2011 NCAA Division One Women’s Cross Country Championship. ...Just missed earning NCAA All-America honors at the national meet, finishing 46th in a time of 20:34.7 on the 6,000 meter course.

2011 Outdoor Track
Qualified for the 2011 Big Sky Conference Outdoor Championship in the 1,500 meters with a personal best time of 4:30.62. ...Placed 6th at the Conference meet in a time of 4:31.01...Named to the 2011 Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track & Field all-Academic team.

2011 Indoor Track
Ran career bests of 2:11.36 in the 800 meters; 4:50.06 in the mile run and 9:56.76 in the 3,000 meters...Was WSU’s leading scorer at the 2011 Big Sky Conference Indoor Championship with 16 points...Paced 2nd in the 3,000 meters (9:56.76) and 3rd in the mile run (4:51.59)...Was part of the Distance Medley Relay team which finished 2nd as well...Her time in the Mile Run of 4:50.06 is the 2nd fastest time in WSU school history, her time of 2:11.36 in the 800 meters is the 7th fastest in WSU school history, and her time of 9:56.76 in the 3,000 meters also is the 7th best in WSU school history...Named to the 2011 Big Sky Conference Indoor Track & Field all-Academic team.

2010 Cross Country
Normally a 400 / 800 specialist, she entered the realm of the long distance runners and was the team’s surprise of the year...Earned All-Big Sky Conference honors with a 7th place finish (16:07.38) at the 2010 Big Sky Conference championship...She was WSU’s top finisher at the 2010 NCAA Mountain Region meet earning All-Region honors with a 19th place finish (21:08.8) and was just two places away from earning an individual berth for the NCAA National meet.

2010 Outdoor Track
Had the 2nd best women’s 800 Meter time in the Big Sky Conference at 2:09.09 which she ran on March 27th at the Stanford Invitational...Ran 2:10.81 in the 800 Meter trials at the 2010 Big Sky Conference Outdoor Championship hosted by Weber State...Battled defending champion Renisha Robinson of Sacramento State in the finals and ran 2:10.53 but finished second to Robinson (2:09.14)...Qualified for the 2010 NCAA First Round meet in Austin, Texas where she ran 2:12.78 and placed 40th...Ran a personal best of 58.99 in the 400 Meters on April 10th at the University of Utah Invitational.

2010 Indoor Track
Ran 2:19.86 in the 800 meters at the BYU Open on Jan. 9. It was her first collegiate race....Ran a personal best of 2:12.14 in the 800 meters on Feb. 12 at the MSU Invitational. That is the 10th best indoor time in WSU women’s track and field history...Placed 4th in the 800 Meters at the 2010 Big Sky Indoor championship in a time of 2:13.82. ... Named to the 2010 Big Sky Conference Indoor Track All-Academic Team.

2009 Cross Country
