Sadie Mann has joined the Wildcat family at Weber State University Athletics with a strong background in competition, counseling, and student development. She works closely with student-athletes, combining her passion for sports with her commitment to helping students succeed academically and personally.

Originally from Moses Lake, Washington, Sadie was a multi-sport athlete in volleyball, basketball, and track and field, earning 12 letters and a state championship title during her high school career. She continued her athletic career at Brigham Young University, where she competed in the discus, shot put and hammer where she earned the #7 all-time discus mark in BYU program history. Sadie graduated in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Family Studies. She later completed her master’s degree in School Counseling from Walden University in 2021, while also competing in collegiate volleyball during her graduate studies.

Prior to joining Weber State Athletics, Sadie spent four years as a school counselor and volleyball coach at Nampa High School in Idaho.

Sadie married her husband, Adam, in October 2025, and they are excited to continue building their life together.

As a former collegiate student-athlete, Sadie considers it both a privilege and a responsibility to work with student-athletes. She is committed to helping Wildcats maximize their collegiate experience, build confidence beyond sport, and prepare for success long after competition ends.
