He scored all 11 of Weber State's points in the final minute of play. His 3-pointer cut the lead to two with 30 seconds to play, before two DU free throws made it a four-point lead. He was then fouled shooting a 3-pointer and made three free throws to make it 66-65 with 22 seconds left.
After two more DU free throws, Senglin's 3-pointer tied the game with six seconds left but Byrd was fouled on Denver's final possession and his free throw sealed the win for the Pioneers.

Weber State did commit 17 turnovers and was 5 of 20 from 3-point range, while the Pioneers made 13 of 27 3-point attempts.
“This was a tough battle throughout the game against a good team,” said WSU head coach Randy Rahe. “We gave ourselves a chance, we just came up short at the end. Denver is a good team and I wanted to play them. We need to get better in some areas but we are seeing progress from our team.”
Senglin and Joel Bolomboy led the Wildcats with 14 points each. Kyndahl Hill had 13 points on 6 of 8 shooting and grabbed 10 rebounds off the bench for his first double-double of the season. Zach Braxton had nine points and five rebounds.
The loss is the third-straight for Weber State and drops the 'Cats to 5-5 on the season. The Wildcats are back on the road Friday to play the University of Portland. That game will be held at the Moda Center in Portland, the home of the Portland Trailblazers.
