OGDEN, Utah - For a few select athletes, they were given one last chance on Tuesday evening to wear the Weber State school colors and compete on their home track. Not only did the Twilight meet give athletes one more shot to qualify for conference, it gave family and friends a chance to support their athletes one more time.
19 student-athletes were honored and presented with a certificate throughout the meet.
“It was really fun to honor the seniors, that was a fun part of the evening,” Director of track and field Dan Walker said. “We got better in almost every event that we hosted, you can't ask for much more than that. We had a lot of seasonal and personal bests all over the board. I was very pleased with how it went.”
