Wildcat softball washed out by California rain

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. -- Due to rain in California all weekend, the Wildcats' final three games of the Mustang Classic, hosted by Cal Poly, have been cancelled.
Weber State (11-7), which was scheduled to face Toledo and Cal Poly on Saturday, and Toledo a second time on Sunday, went 2-0 during the tournament with wins over Saint Peter's (3-0) and the host Mustangs (2-1) on Friday.
The Wildcats will now return home to prepare for the Fresno State Classic, hosted by Fresno State on March 11-13 in Fresno, Calif.
