The win moves Weber State to 7-2 and a perfect 5-0 in Big Sky play for just the second time in school history. The six-game winning streak is tied for the fifth longest in WSU history.Â

The Wildcats started the scoring once again, driving 75 yards for the first score, capped by a three-yard touchdown from Jake Constantine to Hayden Meacham. Weber State has scored first in all seven wins this season.Â
After a Hornet field goal, Jared Schiess and Jonah Williams forced a sack and a fumble that was recovered in the end zone, resulting in a Weber State safety to make it 9-3.Â
Constantine connected with Ty MacPherson for a 59-yard touchdown early in the second quarter to give WSU a 16-3 lead.Â
The Hornets scored a touchdown a few minutes later but Weber State closed the half on a one-yard run by Kris Jackson and led 23-10 at halftime.Â
Ja'Kobe Harris had his second interception on the first play of the third quarter. Five players later Jackson had a two-yard touchdown to give Weber State a 29-10 lead.Â
The Wildcats scored again as Josh Davis ran for a 24-yard touchdown that gave WSU a 36-10 lead. After a Hornet touchdown, the Wildcats held on for the win. Â
