'Cats drop 5-2 match at Sacramento State

SACRAMENTO - Weber State dropped its fourth straight match with a 5-2 defeat at Sacramento State Sunday.

In singles play, WSU picked up wins from Elyes Marouani in the No. 2 singles position. He won his match 6-3, 6-3.

At the No. 4 singles position, Arthur Serafim also picked up a win as he won his match 6-4, 6-2/

WSU is now 6-14 overall and 2-4 in Big Sky play with two matches remaining.

The Wildcats will close out the regular season this Friday and Saturday with two home matches.

WSU will host Portland State on Saturday at 12 p.m. and Northern Arizona on Sunday at 10 a.m.
