'Cats end split weekend between UVU and Stanford

The Wildcats split the weekend between the UVU Invitational and the Stanford Invitational on March 29 & 30.Â
UVU INVITATIONALÂ
Rodee Brow led the squad with a first place finish in the pole vault, Brow recorded a mark of 16-02.75 and moved to eighth on Weber State's All-Time list, Jed Smith finished third with a mark of 14-09 and Ryan Talbot finished fifth at 12-09.50.Â
Jake Weathers recorded a third place finish in the hammer throw with a mark of 170-02 and Jeims Molina finished fourth with a mark of 167-05.Â
Ben Johansen finished fourth in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 57.00 seconds.Â
Dawson Jacobsen recorded a fourth place finish in the shot put with a mark of 52-02.Â
Alex Harbertson recorded a ninth place finish in the 800 meters with a time of 1:57.33.Â
Johansen finished ninth in the 110 meter hurdles at 15:55, Smith finished tenth at 15:94 and Talbot finished 11th at 16.23.Â
STANFORD INVITATIONAL

Cody Canard recorded a first place finish in the javelin with a mark of 226-01 and Josh Trafny recorded a sixth place finish with a mark of 204-10.
Five athletes competed in the 3000 meter steeplechase with Bronson Winter finishing at 8:49.64, Peter Visser recorded a time of 8:50.82, Kelton Gagnon finished at 9:01.04, Jamison Wilkes at 9:05.45 and Ty Davis finished at 9:15.94.Â
UP NEXT:
The 'Cats will host part of the U of U and WSU Spring Classic that is split between Ogden and Salt Lake on April 5 and April 6.
