The game will be televised in Utah on KMYU TV and streamed on the Mountain West Network.

• It's back on the road for another in-state game as Weber State heads to Logan to take on Utah State on Wednesday night.

• Wednesday's game will tipoff at 7 p.m. from the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum in Logan. The game will be televised throughout Utah on KMYU TV and also streamed on the Mountain West Network with Dave Fox and Gary Wilkinson calling the action.

The Weber State radio broadcast will be on 103.1 FM with Carl Arky and former Weber State standout and Big Sky MVP David Patten calling the action.

Live stats are available at WeberStateSports.com and the Weber State Wildcats app.

• Weber State enters the game at 1-1. The Wildcats opened the year with a 130-38 home win over West Coast Baptist and are coming off a 92-89 overtime loss at Utah on Saturday. The Wildcats led by as many as 11 points in the game before the Utes won in overtime.

• Weber State had five players score in double figures in the game at Utah. New transfer Jace Whiting led the way with 15 points. Trevor Hennig and transfer Malek Gomma each had 14 points and transfer Tijan Saine Jr. added 13.

• Weber State returns four players that played last year and added eight new players, including four transfers. Gone from last season is first-team All-Big Sky member Blaise Threatt, and four other seniors players. The Wildcats return senior Nigel Burris, junior Viljami Vartiainen, and sophomores Declan Cutler and Trevor Hennig. Also returning is David Hansen, who red shirted last season.

• Weber State added eight new scholarship players, including four transfers. The Wildcats added Division I transfers of junior center Malek Gomma from Seattle University and junior guard Jace Whiting from UNLV and Boise State.

WSU also added Division II transfer guard Tijan Saine Jr., a transfer from Western Washington, and Edwin Suarez Jr., a junior college All-American transfer from Arizona Western. Suarez led WSU with a team-high 11 rebounds on Saturday in his first game as a Wildcats.

• Weber State added four high school players in ArDarius Grayson, Anthony Moore, Duce Paschal, and Bourgeois Tshilobo

• The Wildcats are coached by Eric Duft who returns for his fourth season as head coach and his 20th season overall at Weber State. He spent 16 seasons as an assistant coach under Randy Rahe before becoming the 10th head coach in WSU history in May 2022. Monday's game was the 100th game for coach Duft as the head coach. He has been on the coaching staff for over 600 games at Weber State, more than anyone in WSU's history.

•  Associate Head Coach Dan Russell returns along with assistant coaches Jorge Ruiz and Luke Spring. WSU added Shaun Vandiver as an assistant coach.

• This summer, NBA superstar and Wildcat legend Damian Lillard was officially named the General Manager of the Weber State program. As General Manager, Lillard will work closely with the coaching staff and athletic department leadership to provide insight, mentorship, and guidance, using his experience at the collegiate and professional levels to elevate the program.

Nigel Burris is the only senior on this year's Wildcat team. Weber State is one of 22 schools in the nation with one or fewer seniors on the roster this season.

Burris started his career at Idaho and was named the 2023 Big Sky Freshman of the Year, then played the 2023-24 season at Utah State, before transferring to Weber State prior to the 2024-25 season.

•  After just two games, Weber State is averaging 65 rebounds per game, which is the most in the country. The 'Cats had 78 rebounds against West Coast Baptist, the most since 1971, and outrebounded Utah 52-49.

•  Utah State enters Wednesday's game at 2-0. The Aggies started the season with a 110-54 win over Westminster last Monday, then beat VCU 80-77 last Friday in Frisco, Texas. The Aggies also beat Seattle and San Francisco in exhibition games prior to the start of the season.

USU is coming off a 26-8 record last season and was third in the Mountain West Conference at 15-5. They advanced to the NCAA Tournament for the third straight season.

This year, the Aggies return five letterwinners off last year's squad, including All-Mountain West second-team guard Mason Falslev. The Aggies also welcome 10 new players with five transfers and five true freshmen.

Utah State was picked to finish second in the Mountain West this season in the preseason polls. Falslev was named to the preseason all-conference team.

•  USU is coached by Jerrod Calhoun who is in his second season as head coach.

• This will be the 75th all-time meeting between Weber State and Utah State and the first since 2022. The Aggies hold a 45-29 series lead over Weber State.

This is the first meeting in nearly three years. The Wildcats beat Utah State 75-72 in December 2022 in Logan, behind 16 points and nine rebounds from Dillon Jones. That win snapped a four-game winning streak for the Aggies in the series.

In games in Logan, USU leads 26-10 all-time, but the Wildcats have won two of the last three games at the Smith Spectrum.

The two teams did play in a charity exhibition game in Logan prior to last season.

•  Tuesday's game is the second of three straight road games for the Wildcats, who will finish the week at UC Irvine on Saturday night.

This is also the second of four in-state games for the Wildcats this season. WSU will also play at Utah Valley on December 17 and host Utah Tech on December 20.

•  Weber State's next home game will be on November 19, the first game of the new Junction City Jam Tournament, hosted by Weber State. The Wildcats will play Campbell on November 19, and host UT Arlington on November 22. The Junction City Jam is the first preseason home tournament Weber State has hosted since 1991.
