Live stats are available at WeberStateSports.com and the Weber State Wildcats app.

• Weber State is 9-16 overall and 3-8 in conference play. The Wildcats are coming off a 72-67 home loss to Idaho State last Saturday night. It was the fourth straight home game for WSU. Weber State has seven conference games remaining before the Big Sky Tournament. Montana State is 10-15 overall and 5-7 in conference play, currently tied for sixth in the Big Sky standings.

• Freshman Trevor Hennig started each of the last two games and had a career night in Saturday's game against Idaho State. Henning finished the game with a career-high 21 points, made a career-high four 3-pointers and was a perfect 4 of 4 from 3-point range, and grabbed a career-high six rebounds to lead the Wildcats. He finished the night 8 of 11 from the field. The 21 points are the most by a true Wildcat freshman against a Division I opponent in eight years, since Jerrick Harding had 22 points in a game in 2017.

Hennig has played in all 25 games for the Wildcats and has scored in double figures nine times, including four of the last five games.

In the 11 Big Sky games, he is averaging 8.9 points per game and shooting 49 percent from the field and 50 percent from 3-point range, the best on the Wildcat team.

• Weber State senior Blaise Threatt added 20 points, five rebounds and five assists in Saturday's game to continue his strong play.

Threatt leads the Wildcats in points, rebounds, assists, steals, and minutes played this season. He has scored in double figures in all 23 of his games and has reached 20 or more eight times. In Big Sky games, he is averaging 20.3 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 4.4 assists per game and is shooting 54 percent from the field. He is averaging 23 points a game over the last six games.

Overall on the season, he is second in the Big Sky in scoring, and also ranks second in steals, third in minutes played, fourth in assists, fourth in assist to turnover ratio, and fifth in field goal percentage.

• Weber State senior Dyson Koehler is expected to miss the remainder of the season with a broken bone in his wrist, suffered in the win over Northern Arizona. WSU senior Miguel Tomley is also out indefinitely while dealing with a serious medial situation. Tomley and Koehler and WSU's second and third leading scorers this season.

• Montana State is coming off two road losses at Northern Arizona and Northern Colorado last week. Before that they had won four of five games, including the win in Ogden over Weber State. MSU is 8-2 at home this season.

The Bobcats lead the Big Sky and rank 28th in the nation in 3-point field goal percentage defense, holding opponents to 29.8 percent shooting. MSU is also second in 3-pointers made per game and free throw percentage and third in scoring defense.

• Earlier this season in Ogden, Montana State beat the Wildcats 80-71. MSU knocked down 10 3-pointers and shot 48 percent from the field in the win. Weber State had four players in double figures led by Miguel Tomley and Trevor Hennig with 13 each. The Wildcats played without Blaise Threatt in that game due to illness.

• This will be the 136th all-time meeting between Weber State and Montana State, two charter members of the Big Sky Conference. The Wildcats hold a 90-45 all-time series lead over the Bobcats and the 90 wins are the second most wins for Weber State against any opponent in its history.

Including the win earlier this season, MSU has won the last three and seven of the last nine games against Weber State.

Montana State has knocked Weber State out of the Big Sky Tournament in each of the last three seasons.

In games in Bozeman, Montana State holds a 32-31 series lead but the Bobcats have won the last two, and three of the last four games at Worthington Arena.
