Wildcats Back In Action at Falcon Invitational

OGDEN, Utah – The Weber State men's golf team will be back in action for its second tournament of the fall season as they travel to the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado for the Gene Miranda Falcon Invitational. The tournament will be held over three days from Sept. 20-22, 2025.
Tournament Format
The 54-hole event will feature 18 holes each of the three days with shotgun tee time formats on both days. The team competition will be held on the Blue Course with tee times beginning at 8:30 am MT on Saturday and Sunday and at 7:30 am MT on Monday.
Tournament Field
Along with tournament-host Air Force, the 23-team field includes: Boise State, Cal Baptist, Cal State Northridge, Denver, Gonzaga, Hawaii, Idaho, Incarnate Word, Nevada, Northern Colorado, San Jose State, Southern Utah, UC Davis, UC Riverside, UC San Diego, UC Santa Barbara, Utah State, Utah Tech, Utah Valley, UT-Arlington, Weber State and Wyoming.
Course Information
The Blue Course of the Eisenhower Golf Club opened in the 1959 and is named after former President Dwight D. Eisenhower, who took part in the dedication ceremony. The 7,541 yard, par 72 course was designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr., and was ranked as the third best military course in the nation (PGA.com) and the 24th best college course (Golf Week) in the country. The Silver Course, designed by an excellent Colorado architect, Frank Hummel, is the newer of the two Eisenhower courses. It is shorter than the Blue Course, but makes up for its lack of length with fast, tricky greens, narrow fairways and many hazards.
Scoring
Scoring will be entered at the conclusion of each round and results can be found at Clippd Scoreboard.

Competing for Weber State in the tournament will be Matthew Wilson, Bobby Kincaid, Ty Anderson, Ryan Takeshita and Luke Smith.
