In the bottom half of the seventh, Erika James scored the winning run on Lyndsey Minnich's one-out RBI single to center field.
In the second game, Seattle scored two runs in the opening grame after two Weber State errors in the inning allowed a pair of unearned runs.
The Redhawks led 3-0 in the third, but Weber State rallied with one run in the third and two in the fourth to knot the game up at 3-3.
Seattle regained the lead in the fifth, going up 5-3, and the Wildcats weren't able to bring in the runs it needed to catch back up as the Redhawks turned double plays in the sixth and seventh innings.
