Wildcats Finish 6th at America Sky Championships

ANGELS CAMP, Calif. -- The Weber State men's golf team wrapped up the 2014 spring season on Sunday with a sixth place finish in the America Sky Golf Conference Championships at the Greenhorn Creek Resort. The Wildcats shot a three-round total of 939 during the event.
Northern Colorado shot a total of 875 to claim the conference title, finishing 26 shots ahead of second-place Sacramento State. Ben Krueger, Steven Kupcho and Julian Woodfork led the Bears to the title, finishing 1-2-3. Krueger claimed individual medalist honors with an even-par total of 216, while Kupcho was a shot back at 217. Woodfork was another four shots back at 221.
Michael Johnson, Luke Crapo and Ryan Sarlo each earned top-25 finishes, individually, with Johnson tying for 22nd with a total of 235, and Crapo and Sarlo tying for 25th at 237. Colton Dallimore shot 239 to finish 27th, while Alex Herzog shot 244 and finished 30th.
