“I was really happy with the way that Jamie ran this week as she didn't look good last week,” Associate head coach Paul Pilkington said. “She is coming off a sickness and I was impressed how quick she was able to recover. She is only going to run faster as the season goes on. Mike ran well for his second steeple of the season. He has some things to work on and is only going to get faster. It was a good day as three of the four had personal bests, it was a good day for us.”
