The Wildcats closed out the regular season with a 9-2 record and finished 7-1 in Big Sky play for the second-straight season. Â
This is the sixth conference title in school history and the first time Weber State has won conference titles in back-to-back years.
WSU earns the automatic berth into the FCS Playoffs and will compete in the Playoffs for the third-straight year for the first time in school history.
"We find a way to keep them interesting but I can't say enough about our players and how they bought into our program," said WSU head coach Jay Hill. "To go back-to-back 9-2 seasons and back-to-back Big Sky titles is such a big deal for us."
