• After two weeks with no games, Weber State returns to action with a pair of non-conference home games this weekend. The Wildcats host Yellowstone Christian College on Saturday at 2 p.m. and host Tarleton State on Sunday at 7 p.m. At this time, no spectators are allowed at the Dee Events Center but both games will be streamed online on Pluto TV 1054 and WatchBigSky.com and on the radio on 103.1 FM "The Wave".

• Weber State is 4-3 overall on the season. The Wildcats have not played since beating Utah Valley 70-62 on January 2. WSU had two scheduled home games with Eastern Washington canceled last week due to COVID-19 protocol. The 'Cats have had six games canceled this season and will have played just one game between Dec. 23 and Jan. 16.

• WSU is led by senior Isiah Brown who is third in the Big Sky in scoring at 18.6 points per game. Brown has scored in double figures in all seven games this season and also is second in free throw percentage and in the top 10 in assists, field goal percentage and steals. As a team, Weber State is 18th in the nation in free throw percentage at 78.1 percent. The Wildcats also lead the conference in blocks, are second in 3-pointers per game, and rank third in scoring offense, assists and steals.

• Yellowstone Christian is located in Billings, Montana. The Centurions are members of the National Christian College Athletic Association. This will be their third game this season against a Big Sky team. The Centurions lost 102-42 on Dec. 12 at Montana and 114-74 on Dec. 13 at Montana State. They are scheduled to play Idaho State on Monday afternoon.

• Tarleton State is located in Stephenville, Texas, and is its first season as a Division I school. The Texans are members of the Western Athletic Conference and enter this weekend with a 2-4 overall record and are 0-2 in conference play. Tarleton State is coached by longtime NCAA coach Billy Gillispie who is in his first season with the Texans. They are scheduled to play at Cal Baptist on Friday and Saturday, before coming to Ogden for Sunday's game.

• This is the first meeting ever for Weber State against either school. The game with Tarleton State will be the first of a home-and-home series with the Wildcats returning the game next season.

• After this weekend, Weber State is scheduled for a two-game series with league leading Southern Utah. The Wildcats host SUU on January 21 and play in Cedar City on January 23.
