Wildcats Head to Arizona for Big Sky Conference Championships

OGDEN – The Weber State women's golf team will take to the course at Wigwam Golf Club over the next three days in search of a league title as the Big Sky Conference Championships will take place April 15-17 in Goodyear, Ariz.
The Wildcats are coming into the 2024 edition of the championship having finished third in each of the last two years.
Competing for the Wildcats are Sofia Fuenmayor, Jade Gruher, Isabel Gutierrez, Emily Song and Jessica Zelasko.
Wigwam is a par-71 layout that will play at 5,948 yards for the championship.
Sacramento State enters the championship as the pre-tournament favorites, having been named atop the preseason rankings ahead of the spring season. Northern Arizona (second in the preseason rankings), Weber State (3rd) and Idaho (4th) are the closest contenders in the 10-team field.
