Wildcats hit the road for the homestretch

Ogden, UT - Weber State soccer will head on the road this weekend, taking on Northern Arizona on Friday night and Northern Colorado on Sunday afternoon.Â
The Wildcats, 9-6 (3-2), concluded their home schedule historically, defeating the Sacramento State Hornets 6-0. The team scored the most goals in a Big Sky Conference game in program history and scored the most goals in a half since 2006 with 4.Â
The first stop on the road trip will be Flagstaff, Arizona, where they will take on the 4-4-5 (1-2-1) Northern Arizona Lumberjacks on Friday at 7:00 p.m.
The two sides have matched up 24 times in their respective histories, with the Wildcats leading the all-time series 17-12-5. The Lumberjacks have bested the Wildcats in 5 of the last 6 matchups between the teams.Â
Following the game, the 'Cats will head north to Greeley, Colorado, where they will play the Northern Colorado Bears on Sunday at 12:00 p.m.
The 'Cats and the Bears are dead even all-time heading into the 24th meeting between the two programs as the series sits at 9-9-5. The Wildcats have a record of 2-5-2 all-time on the road in Greeley against the Bears.Â
