Visser is also the third Wildcat to achieve the feat
"Peter Visser's effort to go sub 4 in the mile in Seattle was historic," Head Coach Corbin Talley said. "It's been a goal of his for a number of years, and the pursuit of that has made him better. It's nice for him to finally get that checked off."
The Weber State men's track and field team excelled at the Mountain State Games in Pocatello, Idaho and the Husky Classic in Seattle, Washington.
"Track and field is often full of ups and downs, but we had a week with quite a few highs," Talley said. "It was really great momentum for our team going into the conference championships in two weeks."
