Jocilyn is one of five Wildcat seniors on this year’s squad.  She returns for her second season with the Wildcats this year.  


2008 (Junior)
Jocilyn appeared in all 34 matches and played in 130 of 135 sets during the season for the Wildcats, after transferring to Weber State from Snow Junior College...Started in 20 matches...She led the Wildcats and finished eighth in the Big Sky in assists with an average of 6.66 per set...Averaged 7.00 assists during Big Sky Conference games...Posted 866 assists during the season...Had 20 or more assists in 25 of 34 matches...Had a Weber State career-high of 45 assists in WSU’s win over Cal State Bakersfield October 2...Totaled 11 matches with 30 or more assists...Also posted four matches with ten or more digs and had four double-doubles...Had a career-high of 14 digs in WSU’s win at Montana State on October 17...Posted six aces in WSU’s win over Gardner-Webb August 29, which is tied for the ninth most aces in a match in WSU history...Was second on the WSU squad with 32 assists during the year for an average of 0.25 per set...Also recorded 213 digs for an average of 1.64 per set and totaled 41 kills during the season...Had a hitting percentage of .242.

Snow College
Jocilyn played two seasons at Snow Junior College in 2006 and 2007...Was third in assists in the Scenic West Conference at 8.51 per game during 2007...Also led the league in aces at 0.66 per game...Totaled 970 career assists in two seasons for an average of 6.02 per game.

Morgan High School
Graduated from Morgan High School...Was the State 3A MVP her senior year and earned First Team All-State and All-Area as a junior and senior.

Personal
Was born May 25, 1988 in Morgan...Parents are Roger and Mary Jo Randall...The former Jocilyn Randall, she married Caldwell Taylor in June 2009...Caldwell is a sophomore defensive end on the WSU football team...Is one of five children with siblings Zach, 23, twins Abbey & Alexie, 19, and Jerry, age 12...Is majoring in Technical Sales at Weber State.
