• After more than a week off, the Weber State men's basketball team returns to action for two home games this week.Â
• The Wildcats will host Benedictine University at Mesa on Tuesday night, before taking on in-state rival BYU on Saturday.Â
• Weber State is 3-2 on the season and coming off three games at the Junknaoo Jam in the Bahamas, where the 'Cats finished 2-1.Â
• Wildcat junior Jerrick Harding was named Big Sky Conference Player of the Week for his performance at the tournament.Â
• WSU senior Zach Braxton has reached 1,000 career points.Â
• Weber State is coming off a 20-11 overall record and a 13-6 record in Big Sky play last season. It was the third-straight 20 win season for the Wildcats.Â
• Weber State head coach Randy Rahe returns for his 13th season as head coach of the Wildcats. Rahe is the Weber State's and the Big Sky Conference's all-time leader in coaching victories with 251 career wins.Â
• Benedictine University is an NAIA school, located in Mesa, Arizona.Â
• The Wildcats were picked to finish second in the Big Sky standings in the preseason polls. Â
• This is the first meeting between the two schools.Â
